Thanks for the excellent work your company conducted at our home. The work involved the repair of the garage floor, foundation walls and footings. This necessitated the complete excavation, soil inspection, enlargement and dowelling of new footings, drain tile installation, steel plate tin-in reinforcement procedures, grouting of cracks, waterproofing, crushed stone backfilling and pouring of a new mesh-reinforced slab floor. This foundation contract required jacking up a three-storey building to renew a badly deteriorating foundation, removing hundreds of bricks that had shifted, cleaning them of old mortar and replacing them. Your work was first class and finished on time. I would not hesitate to have you do future Concrete or foundation work for me.

We had a major foundation problem, which led to the garage entirely separating from our house. We had to dig around the entire foundation, lift the garage, and add an extra support platform underneath. It was a really big project. There is absolutely nothing we didn’t enjoy about working with EC Foundations. They were always on time, every morning at 7am, not a minute late. I had to leave the house one day while they were working, and when I came back 40 minutes later, the entire garage was dug up. They were incredibly fast, and thorough. The team was very professional and efficient and we were happy to see that there were no surprises during the repairs or with pricing afterwards.

We had a crack in our foundation and we didn’t want to have to go through the same thing every 10 years or so, so we had EC Foundations waterproof the entire back side exterior basement wall. The whole team was very polite and professional and great with the clean-up afterwards. We thought it was going to be a problem being so close to river, but they were very reassuring and gave us a clear explanation of what they were going to do, so that wouldn’t be a problem. They were a pleasure to work with.
